2. Application

This product is used as connecting wire of electric motor with Class B insulation of rated voltage 1140V and below as well as the electrical winding. It is also used as leading wire of poles of the shell or winding.

JXN/JBQ: Rubber insulated and NBR sheathed leading wire

1) Tinned copper conductor

2) Separator (if any)

3) Rubber insulation

4) NBR sheath

Note: This product can be black, white, green, red and other various bright colors with a long duration.

5. Specification

1) Adopting tinned copper, the conductor meet the requirements of JB 947-76 Copper Conductor for Rubber and Plastic Insulated Cables.
2) The rubber insulation meets the requirements of JB 664-77 Rubber for Wires and Cables. The Min. thickness of insulation shall be no less than the difference of 90% of the nominal thickness and 0.1 mm.
3) The rubber sheath meets the requirements of JB 664-77 Rubber for Wires and Cables. The Min. thickness of insulation shall be no less than 80% of the nominal thickness.
4) The finished cable shall withstand the AC voltage test of 50HZ specified in QYDDL 0118-2003.
